In this series of 12, there is one bear for each year of the Chinese Zodiac, and each bear carries its own jade ornament of the animal it represents. The Chinese Zodiac is based on the year you are born, not the month. All bears are 12" tall and are able to stand on their own. They are all made from different distressed, sparse mohairs and have black glass eyes, embroidered noses and toes. They are filled with polyfil and have some glass beads in their feet. Each bear wears a different Chinese outfit, complete with hat and pigtail, and comes with his own Certificate of Identity, and is ready to travel around the world.
